Armageddon 2026?

part four

Armageddon 2026?
Part Four
Picking up where we left off at the end of Part 3. . .
Except for eight individuals, no one took the building of Noah’s ark seriously. But then one day, it started to rain, and the world’s human population was reduced to the eight persons that did.
I believe, this same, prevailing, general attitude of willful ignorance, rejection, and or denial of what has been foretold concerning the End Times, is what Scripture (1) means when it speaks of the end times being likened to the days of Noah.
Secular history has shown that many times, the outcome of one war, only serves to set the stage for the next one.
Pharaohs, kings, queens, dictators, presidents, revolutionaries, tribal chiefs, military governors, and persons in positions of religious authority have a long history of doing what they thought was in the best interests of themselves, and or the people they ruled  over.
But as the old saying goes, the road to Hell is paved with good intentions.
Some of their decisions and activities accomplished great good, whereas others led themselves, and or their followers into some of its darkest periods their history.
There is no greater darkness than the darkness one is in when he or she thinks they are in the light.
Scripture teaches that there IS a time for war, and there IS a time for peace (2). The weight of the responsibility associated with determining when it is, and when it is not, the time to go to war, is a greater burden than what most people could handle.
Publicly, leaders make themselves appear to be strong and confident, while privately they can be struggling greatly.
It is for this reason, regardless who the individuals are that are calling the shots, we must pray that THEY will seek and apply the guidance of God when making the decisions they do.
God has, and will, use both godly and ungodly nations and individuals to carry out His ultimate will.
The same Egypt that enslaved the people of God for 400 years prior to the Exodus, later became a refuge for the baby Jesus, Mary, and Joseph (3).
It is God who sends or allows the things to take place, resulting in the timing of the rise, the geographical boundaries, the duration, the extent of influence, the fall, and or the restoration of ALL nations, as the Master Plan of God for the human race unfolds (4).
There is not one thing that any individual, nation, or coalition can do, or fail to do, that can speed up or delay the time schedule that God has already determined for the End Time events to take place.
As Jesus foretold (5), war and rumors of war will be a part of the ongoing  human experience until the Second Advent takes place.
Note that before establishing world peace, the returning Lord Jesus Christ, aka the Prince of Peace,  will slaughter by divine power,  the armed coalition surrounding Jerusalem.
It is only after this mass destruction that He establishes global peace that will endure throughout His 1,000-year global Kingdom, here on Earth, headquartered in Jerusalem, Israel.
The divine, sovereignty over all of Creation has always been in place, but is not so easily discerned in a world that appears to be spinning out of control, just  as End Time prophecy said it would.
It is for this 1,000-year kingdom of God that the Christian Community has, in some cases unwittingly, been praying about, for almost 2,000 years, every time the Lord’s Prayer (the Our Father) is recited.
But what many have not been informed of, is all of the events that are going to take place before “Thy Kingdom” comes.
The Good News is that when the Rapture (6) takes place, it takes the existing  Church (of born-again believers) that are on the Earth at that time away, BEFORE the worst of what is going to place before the Second Advent.
At the Second Advent, the entire Church returns to Earth and rules with Him during the Millennial Kingdom.
The 1,000-year Kingdom of God, headquartered in Jerusalem, Israel, will be established and come to its appointed conclusion, BEFORE this present world melts away (7) and is replaced (8), but the eternal kingdom and sovereignty of God will go on forever.
